Bought some parts from this guy Inopsey from Canada. 1st issue I had with him was he changed his price on me AFTER I send a Paypal payment. Claims one item (trunk plastic pieces) were oversized items yada yada yada... That's cool but he tells me this AFTER I send payment for his original asking "shipped" price. Well after he couldn't squeeze more money out of me after I paid him his "shipped" price for items, I said F it, just refund my money. He refuses & ship half the stuff instead of all that was quoted & paid for. I file a claim with Paypal & got my money back. This guy files a appeal saying I sent him a empty box back. WTF??? He even goes as far as sending Paypal police documents. Well, I send Paypal my customs form that was filled out by the USPS lady stating Everything that was in the box & where it was going etc... I also send Paypal a copy of the receipt with price ($41) & weight of box (11lbs. 8.4oz) damn near exact same weight as when I received it. The usps lady taped the hell out of the box so no way in the world it could have all fallen out. To my surprise, Paypal grants this crooks appeal! What????? So basically I spent $41 to ship an empty box that weighs 11 1/2lbs???? Get real. I'm not about to be out $200 & I shipped ALL of his stuff back. I called paypal several times & all they tell me is "he has legal police documents"...how easy is it to take his stuff out of the box & go to the police station... Wow. I have federal documents (USPS customs form & USPS receipt with weight & price paid) but I guess that doesn't matter. This guy is acting out of anger now turning into a lieing crook. I have no reason to steal anything & never will. You have all your stuff... 2 rear seat belts, trunk carpet, brackets & screws so please quit with the lieing trying to steal my money. People be aware.

i say try to contact that police station where he made the false report and try to explain it to them, see if they realize that they were lied to their face, that usually gets to them.
