Title
• Sales/Marketing and Customer Service Associate

Reports to
• VP and President

Overall responsibility
• To assist in retail and dealer sales and as well as perform basic marketing projects, new product initiatives, and office tasks.

Key areas of responsibility
• Assisting retail customers with pre and post purchase support
• Assist in dealer sales, support, tracking, and communication
• Online forum sales, promotions, monitoring, and posting
• Niche product sales initiatives
• Social Media
• General office duties

Qualifications
• Enthusiasm, organization, action, and solution oriented
• Sales and customer service experience
• Good computer and phone skills
• Automotive aftermarket performance knowledge
• High School diploma required and college preferred
