Looking to fit some work wheels on my s13 coupe
Car: s13 coupe Wheels: work vs-xx FRONT: 17x10j +6 REAR: 17x11 +11 Front fenders: 20mm wide fiberglass Silvia front Rear quarters: stock metal with rolled inner lip. Ideal camber: Front-5.0 Rear -2.5 Will it be possible to make this set up work without buying overfenders for the rear? And still have full steering lock in the front. Also what size tires do I need to make this happen. I was thinking 255/35 rear and 225/45 in the front. Any help would be great. Thanks |

Alright. Things have changed since I was last looking at this thread.
I picked up a set for G35 wheels on the cheap so I am rocking those for now. Regular coupe 6 spokes. 17x7.5 +30 in front and 17x8 +33 in the back. They fit a lot better than stock SE wheels. Due to some other expenses I won't be able to get a better set of wheels for a bit. Anyway, to make em look good (better) what I am looking at is Fortune Auto 500 Coils just to drop the wheel gap a bit. (I have to replace some blown shocks anyway) Right now I am looking at about 2 inches gap on all four corners. Will these wheels clear these coils? Also with about a 1.5-1.75 drop are the toe rods and RUCAs needed? |

When I was running Tein S-Techs, my alignment shop couldn't get back to stock specs using stock arms. I always tell people that if they need adjustable RUCAs, they'll probably need toe rods too but if the toe change from the drop is minimal, you could get away without it. |

If you took the time to look up information and stop asking to be spoon fed and didn't want to take my word for it, you would have found a post long ago that says that you can't achieve stock alignment specs with stock arms on Tein S-Techs. So let's take advertised drop height: 1.75" and 1.25", the car cannot be brought back to stock specs without adjustable arms. If the springs drop the car lower than that, you now know that at 1.75" and 1.25" you will not achieve stock specs with stock arms. Putting two and two together, you'll find out that you will need adjustable arms. Is this not blatantly clear? |

I am not sure how the connecrion is being missed but, whatever.
The reason i asked is because generally the advertised drop is actually more than what is achieved. For example, Eibach Sport lines are advertised at -2.2 front and -2.1 rear but in tests they are -1.75 all around. So basically, I was searching for what point the stock arms begin to run out. Obviously somewhere between stock and -1.75 (at least) Now with that said, THAT is the information that can not be found. Where the stock components run out. The information could be useful if, say, you found out it only dropped -1.0 and stock components ran out. Not sure what the grief is about when this is supposed to be a question thread as it is. I could have easily mad another thread but instead I put it in the correct place. |

The "grief" from members like me is when it seems like you're just sitting on your computer barely using your brain to think. Thank you for trying to do some research and posting in the right thread but if there is no info on what stock arm limitations are, why not get your ass up and find out? |

even though ive searched a lot i cant seem to find a definitive answer. 18x10 +15 on an s13 stock body with stance coils... Not trying to pull any fenders. i was thinking maybe a 225/35 front but I feel like unless im dumped it wont tuck tire, but at the same time a 225/40 will rub everywhere like it does on my s14 which has bigger tubs to begin with.. i know I'm for sure going with a 225/40 in the rear. How much camber you pros think ill need to have without having to pull fenders? thanks in advance

I'm trying to figure out what tires I should run on my new setup for my S13. Widebody specs are 55mm up front and 85mm rear. Wheel sizes are 18x10-26 & 18x13-6 Work VS-KF

Hey I have a S14 lowered a good amount, enough that my alignment is about 4 degrees out on the rear driver side. Stock exhaust was scraping so I raised it just enough that it doesn't as it's my daily, not sure if that gives you a better idea of where it's sitting at.
I'm trying to get a clean fitment on my new wheels though. I'm ordering some 4 lug 18x9.5 +12 offset wheels. I was wondering what would be a good size tire to run on it? I don't mind getting a roll and pull. |

Because it wont fit. Well, you can make anything fit, just dont expect to make left turns or right turns and kiss making u-turns good bye.
But hey, atleast those front wheels will be perfect for your rear wheels with 50mm fenders bowed out. |

Yah, good luck on that one. Front's actually not stupid bad for S13, the outer edge would sit similar to a 10j -2. Take 2" off the inner barrel to kick it down and its manageable.

Trading my wheels for some 17x9.75 +20. I'm currently running Tokico blues and tanabe springs. Will they rub at all? My fenders are already rolled so not worried about that.

Square G6 wheels
Ok so i'm getting the square g6 wheels 17x9 with +15 offset. So my question is what size tires would be best i'm looking for just a little bit of stretch not too much. Also it is on stock fenders on an 89 s13 coupe and same size all around unless different tire size would work better on front or back. Also I don't want skinny tires I like them wide
