I love the body and spoiler on that car, this is what made me think about the swap. i love how that motor fits in the engine bay, #### sweet space in front, i think ill put a jacuzzi in front of the engine with all that space....heated of course <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>....you know because of these cold months in winter here in the midwest....
oh yeah...the kit starts at 3500, which means that there is more that could be included (Edited by CERAMICUS at 6<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>3 pm on Nov. 12, 2001) |

there's no way that they could offer that swap at that price, though it would be very nice for dragging (not so much for autox)

Bullll....SHEEEIT. by putting a 300hp engine into a 2700 lbs car is not going to make you run 12 flat, i can tell you that right now. if that's the case, 300zx's would be running mid 12's.
BUT, that company can lie all they want about quarter mile times, if they're sellin' kits starting at that price...... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> |

Yeah but on the site it says 12.00 et, which is Estimated Time, they really don't know what it will run and I am sure that it's not easy to fit that engine in there with everything on it, that was just the short block stuck in the car there was a ton of stuff left to go on that engine.
I have heard of lots of custom work having to be done with that swap including custom mounts, oil pan, modifying fire wall.. etc. etc. |

yeah alot of customization to be had, but if they make the custom parts as part of the kit, it will go in easy. what i think the 3,500 is for is those parts and such things as mounts etc. they also have the engine and trannies to sell if need be which i believe would jack up the price...... but if engine and tranny and all custom parts are included for 8000, then sell it to me.
