I am from the states, and would like to know if Upgarage ships items to the US?

No...best bet is asking somebody in Japan to buy it for you, then ship it for you. Yes, it'll be pricey as fuck since shipping from Japan isnt cheap, unless the person shipping it to you is in the military or has access to military shipping.

Buuuuut, every once in a while, you will find an amazing deal. But I've noticed the used prices here aren't as sweet as they used to be. A lot of times you can just drop a little bit more (Anywhere from 1,000 to 20,000 depending on the original price) and get the exact same thing brand new and not looking like it survived 3 wars.
