I would start off by saying, "Not that I'm of anyone of great importance in your universe sir, but please don't let me down.. Please.." And If I could assess that he did actually give a shit about my concerns, I would then discuss them for a few minutes. I would then humbly apologize for the added pressure and ask him to just do the best he can with the time he has..

You need to legalize marijuana/hemp and utilize every benefit the plant has to offer and tax it to start making some money in this backward system we call government. Also please try and make every person in the government a part of every program they want to pass. i.e. You and congress and the senate all go into the same social security and health care etc as everyone else...

and then I would just listen to his responses and make faces at him and try and make him laugh while he is talking trying to make him think I am not taking him seriously at all, because alas, he, being one man, can make no change. He would need the power of all the evil government powers to grant what I have asked. Then I leave a broken man, sad and alone.
