Most likely what happened here were undercover government officials posing like terrorists seeking out young adult males willing to deploy and trigger bombs for this event for a LARGE SUM of money. just heard on the radio that the younger suspect says that the brothers acted alone, he was influenced online, and that there are no more bombs.

if that wasn't true, i don't think the authorities have said it otherwise and put the public in panic mode.
