He's actually right. That car is what I based my color choice off of. but not the GT3RS. It's off the Cayman. My paint is from Audi. Which all porche/lambo/vw/audi all use the same paint just add there own different twist. Good job my friend.

Grauschwarz and the Cayman color have some pretty big differences, namely the metallic vs. non-metallic. they are both "grey" i guess...

painted my valve cover the same color, damn me living in portland I've got a good 6 months till i can even really see the color change lol but at-least I have an idea of how good it'll look

It was the green before it was champagne and blue, Justin still had some left so we did the cage and we are doing the engine bay in it so it will kind of be reverse of when the car was candy green with blue engine bay

Actually you have alot to learn. I've been in the import car/mini truck scene since 1988 and have scene it all. Plus I have watched Hondas get laughed out of the North West Nissans yearly Golden Gardens event. In the North West where I live Hondas are a joke and it's the retards that modify them in the worst way that makes all of the N.W. Nissan guy's dislike them. how is he right lol? it's not porsche "gray/black" (gt3rs color). your color looks more like a metallic and is total different shade of grey. also, can you elaborate on they all use the same paint? i'm assuming you mean paint brand...right? lambo grigio telesto, audi nimbus gray, and porsche gray/black are quite different colors. just look up their codes and see.

(disclaimer, not trying to come off as a know it all but i literally spent like 4 months straight trying to decide between those three and searching paint codes etc.)

this is true, they are not the same at all. i mean all the colors you mentioned probably begin their code with the letter "L" but thats where the similarities end. i had to spray cards out for the lambo, audi, and porsche greys mentioned for a customer a few months ago, and i also sprayed some of 1quik240's color in the past on some of his parts. they are all substantially different from each other. i think what he means by them being the same is that by MY understanding VAG's paint is supplied by the maker Glasurit. obviously it can be mixed in any paint line though, if you know the code.

for fun here is the audi nimbus grey and the porsche Graushwarz side by side

the audi (left) has some nifty greenish pearl that adds a little life to it, while the porsche (right) code has nothing like that. its dark and pretty plain but cool for that reason on the right car.

maybe this info will come in handy to someone i dunno haha

Porsche has a color similar to that, finding the paint code is almost fucking impossible I have found though

i think the Porsche one is more metallic if your talking about the carrera rs. I have the 3 blues (light,dark,and mid) at the shop by my house. I can get some pics for ya if you want to try to figure it that way....
