The previous owner of the car I just bought is running an HKS EVC II. It is very cold where I am and I want to turn the boost down to be safe. However I tried to look up the manual of how to use it (never used or could afford one before) on the hksusa.com web site and got no where.

Can someone please walk me through the basics of how to operate this thing? Or link me to a page that can? Its got 740cc's, Enthalpy ECU tuned at 18psi, Walbro 255, z32 mass air flow sensor on a stock T28.
