you completely missed my point. but ok.

to the OP. your car is clean as hell. bout as low as mine, and i never have an problems scraping my dp. whats your current setup? whatever you buy imo you should get an elbow and dp made by the same company, and you'll have better chances of it fitting the way you want.

Thanks guys. The car is actually quite a but lower than it was when I posted pictures last.. Almost two inches lower. So that's why I'm hving problems. I emailed a local guy that makes exhaust systems for alot of te drift scene around here to see if he'd be interested in making me a dp. Just to know what all my options are.

id say try the cx racing twin pipe dp. i have a hpi twin pipe dp that sits well above the frame rails. its hella better than my crappy circuit sports one that sat an inch below the frame rails and scraped on everything. id say get the hpi one instead but its well out of the price range that u listed. Just Jap Auto Imports :: Exhaust :: HPI Stainless Dual Front Pipe - Nissan S14

for that much, id opt for the pbm one. But the cx racing dp is dual pipe and looks pretty similar. anyone know if its a replica (tubing length wise etc.)

I test fitted a CX racing Dual pipe a while ago when they first copied it and it fit like ass, Im not sure if the fitment issues have been resolved since, but it was terrible when i tried it.

Though the circuit sports one costs around 400ish, i can vouce it fits awesome. What i did was take my greddy d.p, hammer my floorboard in with a metal plate to have a even spot in my floor and cut and tuck it up as well as heat wrap it. No scraping at all.

Just incase anyone searches this later.
I just installed my isis dp, the clearance is ridiculously bad. I cant fit my pinky finger in between the ground and the flange that bolts to the cat. Granted, my car is very low, but the angle that the dp comes out at is pretty bad.

I've actually heard ISIS elbow + ISIS dp = frame rail tuckage.

Only instance I'd even THINK of using ISIS, though.

Not to mention shit like that solid cobra snake one also puts stress on the turbo and turbo nuts from the rattling of your exhaust which also causes the nuts to back out.

If you can't afford to do it right the first time, don't spend money to do it in the first place. Stock downpipe is just fine until you can boss up. Otherwise if you can't afford to modify your car.

Sell it and get something you don't have to modify.

Get nismo mounts bro, it lifts your engine a bit higher, lifting your d/p a bit and together with a "flatter"d/p could provide you the increase clearance you might need

Old thread guys.. Pbm bumped it.
I just kept my Isis dp, which hung low and was angled terribly, and took it to an exhaust shop. they cut and tucked it up in my frame rails for super cheap. they also made me a full 3inch that tucked equally as high for pretty cheap. If anyone is local around here, look up Jordan @ a1 muffler express. They did a great job.

I second that Norm! PBM has that disclaimer because Damon had fitment issues with his (or so he told me). I have both of these and haven't installed them yet, so I would be curious about any others running this same setup.
