I've had the same thing happen to me NUMEROUS times, and it's tough to keep doing what you love after things like that. But just remember, a car can be replaced but your life cannot.

That is true but this is my first car and I have had it since march of 2004 so it holds a lot of sentimental value to me and Also to my family my dad showed me how to work on cars with this car.

What's wrong with TX and zenkis... That's like the 4th or 5th one to bite the dust in the past few months..
I had to remove and re-weld my rad support.. it sucked but was very fun! Good luck fixing it champ! Luckily i was able to source all the parts quick!

I was in a similar accident a little more than a year ago, and am getting close to getting it back on the road. My modified navan just showed up a week ago, my rear subframe has been modified, the core support is going to get trammed up, and welded, and then I will get new wheels and brakes, mirrors and pain, and will be back, better than ever.

Then this happened.

the after pictures will make the 1 year wait worth it.

Word from the wise, if you daily your car and have any intention of keeping it. Full coverage insurance it totally worth it. Would be driving my car a year ago, if I didnt have to fix everything myself.

Not to discourage you, but if your core support is damaged, replacing it with a new one will cost you more than 500. A year ago it was only 220. Now it is 500plus, so hop eit isnt as bad as mine was.

fixed pictures will be better than before the accident. making the wait and the accident worth it.
Word from the wise, if you street your car and its your daily, full coverage insurance is totally worth it.

Man, seeing these crunched cars makes me like brake checking tailgaters and driving slower even more...
Had a suhweeeeet 96 slush box only three weeks before some bitch in a caddie suv totalled it making a left in front of a car doing 50 mph. Got my 'new' 96 in August and so far have put about 1300 into it with some new bushings, stop tech brake pads, RS Enthalpy ECU, new blower motor, Tomei shift knob(OEM was booty as hell all torn and loose). Got the red bushings on the front sway bar, steering rack, then painted the oem wheels matte black. The RSE ECU also came with a S13 MAF and huge cone air filter so that was all put in...dang near looks factory to if I say so myself.
I wonder why people here don't go to jail for choking motorfv<kers out after a wreck, because I have not seen another group more dedicated to their cars than here

I've recently upgraded my zenkis coverage to full after only having liability for a couple years. I daily it so its worth the premium.

Exactly. When you daily it, there's more of a chance of it getting destroyed. That and I like not having to worry about any sort of damage done to my car when it's parked, because I know it'll be payed for.

I have school and shit to pay for as well, but I hold back on other things in order to be able to fully cover my car which has quite a bit of money into it. Therefore it is worth it.

I got mine insured before doing anything to it, and was told that everything is covered as long as I have receipts or picture proof.
