Stock, with no cracks, cigarette burns, or other imperfections. The car drifts fine with no parking brake use at all on it's OEM 205's too. heh heh heh, parking brake drifting...bwa hahahahahaha didn't you all ever run mountain roads at speed and find out how to power slide...er inertia drift? No parking brake required, just speed that broke traction and handling the car...maybe I need to try this emergency brake thing. How does it work?

Same shit happened when my thermo went bad. replaced it with the mishimoto unit and it's been working great since.
My car would get really hot and then the rusty ass thermo would finally crack open. it was scaring the shit out of me for a while. |

Mini update:
Fuck the HKS snap ring. Stupid whore. Took me a combined 3 hours to get this bitch in. Tip for those trying to install the SSQV on its flange: 1. Buy the HEAVY DUTY snap ring pliers from Autozone (Part# 25356). The regular duty ones will bend the tips from the force required to compress the ring. 2. set them to 45* position 3. Put the O-Ring in the flange 4. Remove the front Cover of the SSQV (4 2.5mm allen key bolts) Starting from 12 o clock, and going clock wise, its every other bolt. This gives you a TON of room to get the pliers in. Its pretty much impossible without doing so. I tried. 5. Slide the Snap ring around the BOV. Get a good angle on the pliers and squeeze it slowly, compressing the ring. If you have a good grip on the ring (it will take a few tries and a lot of cursing) you can move it into position with your fingers without the pliers coming off. Make sure the snap ring is on with the beveled edge facing up. 6. Take a flat head or pencil and poke the snap ring around its perimeter to ensure that it is seated properly. When it is in properly, the BOV should NOT move much unless you put some force in it. If it moves without much force, double check that you put the rubber o-ring in, and the snap ring is installed correctly. In the pic i took off the fin insert, so i wont get that "typical SSQV ricer" sound. It will just be a nice PSSHHT sound :rockon All thats left is getting this Enthalpy tune and i can install this shit! KA-T ftw! |

anything nismo is super high priced for no reason, it's just a damn 170 degrees thermostat.
buy stant 170 degree, drill out the jiggle valve and good to go.

The thermostat never gets stuck . Effectively always open. You'll have a hard time trying to warm-up the car but at least it'll be cool all the time with no fear of overheating due to the thermostat seizing closed.

not quiet boss. its to allow air to bypass the stat and allow hot water to reach the stat. it takes a bit longer to warm, but will not run cooler once it reaches operating temp. same for any lower degree stat. if it goes bad it can still get seized.

Haven't posted pics of my car in a while. Finally got overfenders and switched to a more functional close to zero rear camber setup.

Yeah, I like the location but it makes all the interior pieces around the ebrake fit like crap. But then again my whole dash is kinda warped. I don't have any other interior pics but I'll get some if I'm not feeling lazy
