Also, my high beams keep the low beams turned on, is there a drawback with this kit?

Hey,
Shipping to anywhere is the 50 US states is included in the GB price. The wattages on these kits are 35w so you should not have to worry about melting any of your wiring. We only recommend that you change your fuses for whatever your putting the hids in. For example for low beams, they are 10a just change them to 15a. As for your high beams keeping the low beams turned on, it should not be a problem. And if you get bi-xenon,

Thanks,
Alan Long

Yes this will still be plug and play. Basically our H1 kits have two open slots so you can just plug in the positive and negative and youll be fine. Let me know if that answers your question.

Thanks,

The price is still $175 at this point. We will issue refunds for the discount after we hit each price break.

Thanks,

Well we still recommend that you use about 5a higher for fuses. You should not have anything to worry about on the 50w kits. I actually 2 50w sets on my car and have had no problems what so ever. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks,
Alan Long

I got these in a couple of weeks ago and finally got around to taking some pics. These are the 9006 kit with 5000k temperature. Fog lights are stock sylvania halogens. I'm loving them by the way. They light up the road like no other. 5000k is basically pure white with a very slight hint of color, exactly what I was looking for!

Shipping was quick and s2ionline was very easy to deal with. +1 for HID COOL and s2ionline

The glare is from the reflective housing. Its pretty impossible for HID conversion kits to have no glare at all on reflective headlights. Im pretty sure that the HID kit does not make the cutoff.

Thanks,

Mine's a reflector housing so there won't be a cutoff. Projectors will get you a cut off.

has anybody tried the H4 kit with E-Code lamps? With regular bulbs, E-Code lamps have a very sharp cutoff, for in Europe the lamps don't divert light up at road signage (their signs are lighted). I never really considered getting a H4 "conversion kit," for I've seen the way they glare. But if a HID kit would light the same pattern as these 65W Halogens, I think it would be very nice...

I'm actually thinking about it. I JUST (today) got some Hella H4 housings, so I could test it out...but I don't really have $160 to spend on this.

Decisions, decisions.

Mr_240sx, those look nice. That actually helps in my decision. Right now I have the ebay clear H4 housings as well. I think getting the HID with these Hellas, would be hella nice.

Hey Serebros,
Your H6 is a sealed beam setup which basically means that the bulb cannot be changed. You would have to get a H4 conversion kit. Usually you can find it on ebay but what out customers usually due to avoid the wait is run the nearest kragen, autozone, pepzones, etc. Its usually around $10-20 for the pair. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks,
Alan

Usually you can find it on ebay but what out customers usually due to avoid the wait is run the nearest kragen, autozone, pepzones, etc. Its usually around $10-20 for the pair. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Well they are pretty decent. They will do the job fine with HIDs. What you would want to look for is H4 housings with a minimal amount of lines on the front. The light output actually looks more crisp that way. Other than that any H4 housings will do to convert to HIDs. Let me know if that helps!
