I need help with picking up something in Shibuya, ive already tried to get in contact with the shop, but they dont ship to the States. I will pay you for your troubles. It is also worth noting the item is very small and light weight, so shipping is not going to be a complete pain in the butt!

Im not sure if its a store, or an art store, but I am looking for a Japanese art toy at this store:
