2 Dead Cylinders?

Ok i went to the dyno to get a safc tune for my car and to see how much power im making. The guy told me that i was only running on 2 cyclinders and no dyno run was made. Take it easy on me im a complete noob and a freind of mine is helping along the way. As far as we can tell there is no boost leak. Compresion is good across the board around 150. The only thing i can think of is bad wiring but before putting in the injectors the all fired. Unsure about the timing. But like i said i really don't know my ass from a hole in the wall when it comes to this so i wanna see what you guys think. Thank in advance.

HKS SSQV

Apexi SAFC
Manual BC

PS: where pretty sure the car was running crazy rich cuz we had to turn the SAFC down to like -40 to get it to even idle and rev. And the guy at the Dyno was talking like it was running lean. And saying we only need it at -10 to get it to idle and run right.

You sure the injectors are not leaking causing the cylinders to flood?

I know you said they were brand new when you put them in. But I had to remove and reinstall some of my injectors over 6-7 times because the lower o-ring kept getting ripped causing the car to barely idle and run on 2-3 cylinders. I would pull the injectors and check the o-rings on them to be safe.

Yeah i will check that out this weekend. I really hope it's that simple. It would make sense though cuz the car was idling like crap and wasn't even really revving for awhile. Also i should check the plugs after running so rich for awile im sure there in bad shape to. How did you get the rings to stop tearing?
