Hey guys, what's the best fluid to use to stretch tires using the flame method?
I just tried BBQ lighter fluid and WD40, but I couldn't get either of them to ignite. Is there anything better I can use?

Well, I can't get the WD40 to ignite, perhaps because it's so cold outside, or maybe it's too old. Would starting fluid be ok to use? I think I'm going to buy some tomorrow. Wish I had access to a Cheetah.

you can also try ether or flamable brake cleaner (read the lable because alot are non flamable now). Also dont go apeshit with spraying it in there! Do just a few good sprays

The active ingredient you're looking for is ETHER. Ether works the best.

If you want a low dough alternative, the old school regular Right Guard body spray works decently as well.

Yes, we tried many hair spray and body spray earlier this year and none of them would ignite, it was pretty crazy.

Gosh, I'm starting to doubt these will go on with flame. Does anyone have a Cheetah (not Acinonyx jubatus) for sale?
I think I will try the bicycle tube method.

Those look easy, everyhting has to be perfect though. Id make sure the tire is laying on the bead lock and attack from the back. Spray carb cleaner on the inside, a few little puffs all around, find a place with a little gap and trail it out, if not, put a little on the sidewall and light, hit the tread with something, we had a big sledge hammer, insta pop.

What sizes is that?

WD40 isn't THAT flammable. Brake cleaner, carb cleaner, or starting fluid would ignite VERY well.
