Help with SR20DET

I installed the Enjuku racing hotpipe with the Greddy Type-S bov. hooked up to the stock intercooler.

my mods not including that are, manual boost controller, 3" Downpipe, 3" Test pipe, stock 240SX exhaust it's a redtop motor in an S13 hatch chassis

Now my problem is I'm having a bad boost leak somewhere afterinstalling this hot pipe, all the piping is tight with silicon hoses and tbar clamps. I have the BOV hooked up correctly (with the vacuum line going to the connection on the purple housing on the grddy BOV.)
Could the stock bov default to open by leaving that hose connection open?
I'm only hitting about .4 bar which is less than stock boost, before I had my boost controller set to .69 bar (10 psi).

Please any input would help, I just want to get my car running right again =( been having problems with it for quite a while now.

a quick fix to that is to try to get your hands on a shift light condom (the different rubber piece to cover the light on a aftermarket tach), pull off your stock recirc valve just hose clamp that sucker shut, then tune your BOV...
