Hello... I have a 1989 240sx coupe with a redtop sr20 but when I got the motor and tranny etc. I never got the viscious LSD. But a friend of mine who works at a junkyard came up on a non turbo 300zx vlsd. It has no axles...JUST the diff. And I was wondering what is involved if I wanted to swap that diff. Thanks!

Orion may have flamed u, but guess what SR204me, u deserved it, this has been discussed to death... there are even FAQs all over on pretty much EVERY 240 forum.

If you're asking for help on something, ANYTHING in life, be humble. Someone else is taking the time to point you in the right direction, show a little apreciation instead of going off like a keyboard cowboy. There's no clear way to show sarcasm/joking/body language/etc, so take anything ANYONE says with a grain of salt, remember, YOU are the one asking for help... when you respond with immature rage, don't expect people to help you again.

Anyways. I would reccomend having your stock dif welded..
The z diffs are old and often worn out.
