yes. you may run into some issues with Toe corrections. I ran out of threads on my stock S13 tie rods. so i ran the big spacer without the small 7mm.

I tried to install with the oem tie rods and track rods and its impossible to centre the two wheels in my case.

I tried to remove the spacer from the adaptor and same result. If i install aftermarket track rods and tie rods the problem continues? Thanks

Had no problems with my stock s13 rods. I just had to take off the 7mm spacer. Im not sure it will work correctly with longer rods, unless you have more threads for adjustment. Try recentering you rack again.

If your car has too much toe in after the adapter install and have adjusted the inner and outer tie rods to the max,, (bottoming out the inner into the outer) if you have more threads on the inner just cut about 1/2-1" of the threads off the end of the inner tie rod that threads into to the outer and wham more toe out adjust-ability

I cut off a few mm's of thread from my passenger tie rod and it was the best idea ever!!!
I also used a Tap and Die kit to make the threads go in longer on the tie rod.
Then I backed out the die to make sure the tie rod end still has a good starting thread to work into the outer joint.
full adjustability now.
