I went to install mine this weekend. Same issue. I have an S14. The mount width is ~40mm and the PBM rod end is ~35mm wide.

Are you guys issuing spacers? Or are we supposed to use washers (which is pretty ghetto for paying $200+ for a part).

installed mine today on my s13! fits perfect....tho i noticed the spacer are threaded! i have the latest version so old ones might be different...

no you are not supposed to use washers = )
some of the early G3 with the forged end joint and red dust covers had this error from the factory. to correct this we simply ship you replacement spacers for free, I just need you to PM me your real name, paypal email address and date of the original purchase so I can find your order and ship replacement pillowball side spacers

why would you use collars and risers. its one or the other. for the risers you have to pull the subframe and burn/press the old bushings out. the collars you can just slip in on top and below the subframe without taking it out.
