IIRC the only holes on top of the bumper I used were the outter two ones under the corner lights and I just ziptied those. I also cut my foam in half so it would fit inside the jdm bumper. To hold the license plate on I took a flat pieces of steel that was long enough to span the distance of the opening and drilled two holes in it and welded nuts on the back side. I also used two little zipties to put through the bottom two holes of the license plate.

Yeah I cut the foam for mine as well. As far as the license plate goes, I just used two zip ties on the top holes and never had any issues with it.

I agree, I am gonna officially call it the "kouki dirty sanchez spoiler"

it is hedious, and it reminds me of the one used by zenki owners that wish they had gone kouki..
or like when the zenki owners pull the hood forward over the headlights to look kouki'ish..lol

the only car Ive seen that looks good with those hood spoilers, is the Toyota Chasers..
