HALP!!
I have a HKS 2530 and am running around 1 bar of boost which is about 14.5 psi. I knew a guy in Japan that was running the same turbo (on a stock head gasket) at ~1.1 to 1.2 bar or about 15.95 to 17.4. He worked at a shop so he did not care if he blew the head gasket. While running that setting he attended most of the drag events in the Tokyo area and had been doing so for over a year. Personally, I boosted the car at 1 bar for about a year without any problems.

does adding negative camber to the front wheels change the toe like in the rear on an s-chassis. i jus went from like -0.5 to -3.5 and will probably need an alignment no?

It would affect it a tiny tiny bit. Not enough to kill your tires in a day but going from near 0 to near 4 I would get an alignment.

To add to this.. whats the deal with the cruise control buttons? Are there any aftermarket wheels that allow me to retain these? I use my cruise fairly regularly.

I've seen some people relocate the buttons to somewhere else.

Yea I'm 98% sure I need the "fat" one because of the aftermarket exhaust.

EDIT: Just measured it and its about 3/4 of an inch.

EDIT AGAIN: I found a new one on ebay and bought that one. Thanks

None, to my knowledge, allow it to be mounted to the wheel still, but you can always set it up to that "free spot" on the dash near the rear wiper button. I personally don't care for cruise control, it would be nice to keep but most likely removing it as i swap steering wheels.

for a stock car it's in the FSM. It's in the FA section, for both S13 and S14. It's 39-43* inside wheel, 33* outside wheel.

taken from google

s14 fsm and 200sx fsm

From what I have read, in order to get a FSM in English for a 180SX, I need to obtain a s14 FSM with the SR20DET and a 200sx FSM with the CA18. I have been searching for several hours on Google and many vehicle specific sites such as Zilvia and every link I have followed has been dead.

Does anyone have full copies of either of these manuals that they could provide.

Thanks,

Brandon

I suggest uploading the picture to photobucket or imageshack and using the [IMG] tags and the image's URL to post it. Zilvia allows you to upload a very limited amount of pictures, but I don't know how, never done it.

Thanks.
If your talking about your shifter trim then no you dont need a new one, you just need to get a shift boot, remove your trim, flip it over, unscrew the bracket and install the new shift boot, reinstall trim. Done.

Subaru guys reuse theirs all the time, but as far as I know theyre the only ones that unanimously agree that its ok to do. Every other motor ive worked on has strongly recommended replacing them.

ARP's are $100.. its worth the cheap insurance.

You shouldnt be using power steering fluid in a 240. they use automatic transmission fluid in their powersteering systems. And heater hose will work fine for that.

Is it a pulsing noise? could be your exhaust manifold gasket.
