Ultimately Mccain's choice of choosing a women VP is pretty damm risky...Considering the experience and lack of people knowing who she actually is...It makes some sense as he probably will score some the votes from disenfranchised Hillary supporters, Diehard republicans not sure...It sure is gonna be hard to make a Experience strike against Obama when you have a inexperienced VP...Ultimately I think his choice will hurt him in the long run...Also he met her only once prior to nominating her? Desperation or political strategy? You be the judge...

It is but McCain is viewed as pretty damn suspicious by a good portion of the Republican base. Especially the neocon base. She's pro-life and a rural bumpkin, so I think she'd score well with that base of voters and reduce their suspicion of McCain.
