ok i need you guys help..i have a 18x10.5 rim with 245 45 tires on right now .... they rub like crazy and there too big.. i wanna go smaller but still everyday driveable..... i recently baught 2 225 40 18 toyo proxy tires but i was told they dont strech well what do you guys thing should i just put them on ??

I have toyos, but 265/35 on a 11" wheel and they barely stretch (meaning, pretty square look). I thing (lol) you should be fine.

Toyo tires stretch awesome and that size is common as fuck on 10.5s.
