SR SR20DET MAF replacement ? which one to use?

I performed a redtop sr20det swap on my 1989 s13 240sx. Im at the point in my swap to wire the MAF. And i currently have the stock KA24E MAF sensor. Will this work with the stock tune and ECU? Or is there a propper replacement? This one is a little sketchy... i found a list on NICO and they say that a 90-93 SOHC 240sx MAF would work.
Can anyone validate this? Has anyone done it?
The OEM redtop SR20DET MAF part# is 22680 52F00
My SOHC KA24E MAF part # is 22680 40F00

Here is the list

Year of the sr20det is important here, but you aren't searching!

From a Highly Tuned Note 4.5!!!

and the proper parts to used would be
a 1989-1990 SOHC 240sx MAF-40F00 $120...
or an OEM JDM 1991-1993 Silvia MAF-50F00 $300.00!!!

Year of your SR?

Why not just pickup an SR20 MAF?
