there is an option video, i believe its option, it was playing at super autobacs but it was just a coppy and they didnt know which actual volume number it was. but they do a bunch of street drifting in japan. they do some scenes of cars going down a strait line doing manji dori or wutever , and then going around a corner at the end of the block. then they also have cars comming thru doing a drift in an intersection at night and u can see the sparks fly from some of their wheels . anyways i know its a longshot but does anyone here happen to know which volume that was? thanks.

indeed, that was a longshot.

usually they put the box of the DVD playing above the TV, so maybe they have it there still. doesn't ring a bell with me though, that's a pretty vague description.

i think the night drifting at the intersections is acctually taken out of a scene from a grip video: drift society.

?? anyone else wanna back me up on this.

yea those 2 clips are on the net sumwhere, thats where i first DLed them. id share teh clips with u guys if i had a host or something to UL with, that would help. anyone wanna host em? theyr epretty cool clips. only like 4 megs each, if anything just so ppl can see cool drift vids from japan. hehe.

how can you be sure about something when you dont know waht he saw? jdm insider is no where near the quality of option.. granted, jdm insider is a nicely done publication, really professional quality, but option is more bland and straight to the point.

anyways. go to v-opt.co.jp and watch some of the previews

I said it..because it fit with everything he described. The DVD was full of street drifting at night and at an intersections. At the end there were drifters doing manji on the straight. I like that DVD..to me it's good and entertaining.

Im thinkin you're talkin about the Street/Touge Special. With Nomuken going from farthest north JDM town, to southernmost JDM town.

well it wasnt on that JDM insider video. altho there was some cool scenes. maybe its on the actual vid. maybe my local video store has it ill check it out. and that street touge special sounds cool too. im sure by the end of both of these films ill be sick of watching drifting and touge on streets. hehe

on another note, what was the song they played for the JDM insider preview?
