im still not sure how i even got involved in this but eric called me and told me to take down all of my posts bc the police have been called and the op was making threats to his family

not defending him bc i dont even know either party but he also said he has never gone by eric brady and has had the same phone number and address for years and people are just h8n

so that being said has anyone ever gone after him legally or illegally? bc if i was scammed out of $2000+ u bet ur ass id be doin something about it

So let's get this straight.
1) Regardless of what was said between Eric and myself, it does not change the fact that Eric has a long history of enjoying sticking to people as hard as he can. Not that it has any impact on how he decided to botch our deal as it happened afterward, but Eric decided to tell me that if I gave him his tires first AND paid for their shipping back to him, he would swear on his kids' life that he would mail me my receipts. My response to this was comment was; after everything you've put me through and after all your other lies, F*** your kid. I hope it drowns in a swimming pool. If there's anything as awful as another school shooting, I hope it happens to your kid and you know THAT sort of pain. Big deal people. Why would I say something that nasty and hurtful? Because I hoped the little thief would get angry over it, pure and simple, and after the things he said about my wife, I was fine saying something nasty to him, it didn't matter what.
He continually insulted my wife and ACTUALLY DID threaten to kill me, if I dared come to Pittsburg to pick up the receipts. My response; laughter.
All the liar is doing now is hoping somehow people will forget EVERYTHING they've read about him on ALL THE LINKS they've seen regarding his behavior. He's simply trying to twist my response to one of his many lies into a threat, but nothing's there.

2) Eric calling the cops ON ME? No. Eric didn't call the police. If he did, it was to say hello but not file a report. How do I know this? I know this because I just got off the phone with an Officer Lenz (724-625-2040) of the Butler County Police in PA, who has the ability to search the police computer systems of the surrounding area, including Adams Township and Valencia.
Officer Lenz told me that they have no such record filed against me by Eric.

But there was also another interesting fact that Officer Lenz told me about Eric. Officer Lenz told me that Eric Climo currently has an active warrant for his arrest for 3 counts of Vehicle Freud in Sugar Creek, PA.
- Alteration of a VIN #
- Disposing of and illegally obtained vehicle
- Receiving stolen property

Officer Lenz informed me that the PA State Trooper who filed the warrant; Trooper Micheal Pisarchick, will be reminded of the outstanding warrant. Officer Lenz also informed me that he will be letting Trooper Pisarchick know that Eric has a new job working days at Kenny Ross Nissan; 22030 Perry Highway, Zelienople, PA 16063.

If Eric called the police and tried to file anything against me, they must have told him to beat it.

I however DID file a report letting the police know that I was continually receiving harassing texts and phone calls from Eric stating things like how he kept a spare key to my car and was bragging about how he would come steal it, how he kept important documents to the car and gave me a false title that would later result in my registration being cancelled, and how if he saw me again I should hope that I had kissed my wife goodbye and told her that I loved her.

The police I have spoken to on the matter have said the same thing; while I did say mean things, I did not say threatening things. Eric is hoping that my nasty words will undo his long, long history of screwing people.
Fact is, I never mentioned any of the very nasty things he said against my wife (and still haven't really) until the hurtful things I said were brought up, and truth is, neither what he said about my family nor what I said about his have a damn thing to do with the cold hard facts; Eric is a cheat, liar, swindler, and apparently a wanted man.
But I was mean to a guy that was mean to me, so yeah, let's focus on that. Get real.

I don't believe that Eric is a great friend of yours or you wouldn't come out and say that people you've talked to about him said he's a piece of garbage. You would make up lies to defend him, or you'd more likely say nothing at all.

eric climo/brady calls me almost right after my first post in this thread (i assume he got my number off craigslist bc he started the convo with "u the guy wit those rotas, str8 h8n?") i say yes and he starts flippin ape shit about me talkin shit on him in here and asking if i was friends with u and to meet him face to face bla bla bla bla then says how the police are involved and i better take down his facebook/address/phone info that i posted (post #3) bla bla bla bla so i tell him i will (this was before i googled his name) so i get back on here to delete that post (#3) and simply google him and posted everything i found (post #15) so then he calls me again and starts defending himself like hes on trial and im the judge for some reason bla bla bla he has my tires (u) bla bla bla he called me at 3am (u) bla bla bla he said he was goin to kill my kids (u) so i got back on here and jus posted what he said

how that makes me his accomplice i will never know?
