^nice tub. & at first glance i really liked your rad cap cuz i thought that sticker was on it but now i see that its not.

as for overflow, just make one out of your favorite drink container.

preferably not glass, but if you insulate it correctly itll lesson the
chances of breaking.

Are the gussets welded to tubing on the inner edges? If so, why did you use tubing? It's just gonna add a bunch of weight and it's not like it's tied into a cage running through the firewall...

Anyone every weld in tubs with the long block still in their s13? Is this even possible?

Reason I ask is cuz my car is currently parked on gravel so pulling the entire engine to do this is a no-no, but unbolting the in and ex mani's, fmic, and rad shouldn't be a problem!

And yes, gravel + no garage = fluxcore splatter orgy!

I'd say its do-able. Clearly you kno what would make it easiest..

But we're talking an I-4 (not big ass v motor) with no manis def can be done.

I did mine with engine, intake mani and exhaust mani in. Its hard to get to the lower portions, but if you remove the mani you should have no problems.
