Need help with market place - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

Whats up guys i tried looking and searching but quick question, Is there a certain amount of posts and or time you have to be on Zilvia before you can post in the marketplace? I want to put a WTT ad but i always get the i dont have privileges for this screen
