They are the CTune ones that I used to sell in the past. Though I got an agreement to leave them unbranded.

they are currently sold in sets and no cutting that I know of is required. Please look at the picture. As far as I know there is no cutting required, though I do not own a S14. I am sure you would have a better idea than me based on looking at the pic and owning one.

i doubt it. these look similar to my cusco's and there's just a small slot for them to go through. when installing, unassemble the bar. so, put the strut tower mounts on first, then the bar that connects them in the middle.

actually they are available for the s13 but the last s13 group people got apathetic about it. So I stopped doing group buys for the s13. If you want I can get you a s13 set.
