s14 sr bogging

having trouble starting my sr in the morning, and while driving car struggles to get past 3500 rpms, it feels like it boggs or hesitates can anyone give me any pointers?

Check the voltage output from the MAFS at idle. Should be 1.2V At idle and about 2 volts at 3k RPM

MAF, CAS, CTS, or a boost leak/vacuum leak.

Does it free rev past 3500 if you are in nuetral? If so look for a vacuum leak.
If it doesn't, troubleshoot the above sensors, as it sounds like your car is in limp mode.
