Anyway let's get back to the subject. Those mustang rims are great for the price but they only come 10in wide max. What about 18x12+ within the price range?

10.5" actually but whatever, practically 10".

You're gonna be hard pressed to find nice 18x12's for under a grand.
I hope you do tho!

i agree with most everyone here. $1-$2k can get you a pretty nice set of used quality wheels. i rather get nice used wheels than brand new fake cast wheels. plus, in the future, if you have the money you can always refinish the used nice wheels to look like new. then you will have "baller" wheels.

Woah I have a blister kit... speak of the devil LOL.... pix of blister car and afformentioned wheels!

I figured I'd need some 30-35mm spacers

Those rota wheels are fucking hot too... 18x12 but shitty offset +20.. damn...

I will not run stretched tires but full on wide tires only.. so it has to be flush but with meaty tires Not pokey stretched wheels heh

Your rpf1's are also one inch smaller in diameter and 2.5 inches smaller in width so I think the weight of the rotas are reasonable

rpf1s are known for being light weight, so i disagree.

if you can't afford wheels, you may as well sell the car and save the money

RPF-1's are the lightest street wheels you can buy, the 17x8.5's i have on my wrx are 15.6 lbs. They will always be extremely light even when compared to work/ssr/volk and any of the other 3 piece wheels.

Seriously do this, if you find the right shop/person you can buy 17x8 17x9 equips/vsxx/meister with shitty offsets and then rebarrell them to 17x11 17x12 with powdercoating all and all for under 2k

ive found a couple sets of shitty offset/sized works for under 700 for the set and then you just re-barrell them.

So you pretty much buy the works with weak offsets and just take the lips off then replace them with wider ones while using the same face/center?
