89 lip on a 91 bumper - install
just wondering - for those with an 89 lip on 91-94 bumper - how did u guys put them on?? personally i used took off the metal plates and used zip ties to put on the lip - its holding pretty well - i was wondering how else pple have put them on - anyone drill extra holes??

Lots of bending of the original bumper. had to fold it a little (its flimsy, coz it been cut for the intercooler).
The Zenki lip has the factory plastic holes every 5 inches, use a drill, put holes in your factory bumper and tie strap tight, if theres slightmovement in the lip; when the lip scraps it will brake the tie straps. Tie Straps are the KEY.

so theres no way to make it able to be put on and off?? ... like take it off for events where it will eat pavement... darn... I was going to look for the stock clips, but sounds like its not worth the effort.
Anyone use something besides zip ties?
