I didn't really want to stretch it that much really.. it just seemed more natural to go with a tire that was 20mm wider in the rear considering the wheel is 25.4mm wider.
A 225 in the rear instead of a 235 would give you less understeer if you're worried about that. That wasn't really a concern for me though, since I can just adjust the suspension in the front/rear to compensate for it.

I originally was trying to decide between 215/40 F and 235/40 R, or 225/45 F and 245/45 R, but wasn't sure if rubbing would be an issue with the latter set (S13), so I was leaning more towards the first choice. Kookz convinced me to bump the sidewall up a bit on the front and go with a 215/45, and that's how I got to where I am now.

daymn! a032r is a nice ass tire . if my car was track only id get something along those lines as well. however, since its still *sort* of a street car i am opting for something with some more tread life.

cool. hmm.. well, what part of your suspension are you going to adjust for understeer? more negative camber? more negative caster?

I'll probably just put some more negative camber in the front and play with the coilover damping settings until I find something I like...
There's a lot of other ways to adjust it, you can check them out here if you like.

As for lug nuts... I'm not sure yet, but they're gonna have wheel locks for damn sure!!

WOOT WOOT.
I went and picked up my wheels today.
They are badass. Pictures do not do them justice.
Big props to Touge Factory.

Mine aren't going on till spring so don't ask for pics.

I don't understand why everybody's so hard up, they have pictures of them on cars right on the M2 website.

Logan you got a digicam? I don't so the newest pictures will be a couple days after I get them on (get normal film developed with the cd and all that crap...), unless of course you want to take some pictures for me... And I can drop off the fender rolling tools while I'm there. IM me!!
