went outside and i was mistaken....in the rear i have 2.75" between the lower spring locking collar (there are two) and the bracket collar. (essentially 2.75" inches of drop on the coilover without losing the spring preload)

fronts are what i said earlier...like 6 threads at most between lower spring collar and the bracket collar (springs are still preloaded)

yea i think the fact remains that....IF i went overs i'd...

1. want wider wheels
2. need wider tires
3. need more power to spin the said wheels
4. regret forever cutting up perfectly good metal rear 1/4s
5. would give up the fantasy of making my car look like BH's old car

I have stance gr+ pros and they go just as low, if not lower than pbms. a close friend has them and we both maxxed out our coils. it was almost identical. I MIGHT be a smidge lower in the front.

Ugh dont remind me. I saw some of the cars that were there and the meet looked so sick.

Helmets make it hard to see. I cant think with a helmet on.

yea helmets are lame, i think that track only requires helmets if your tandeming.
if your running single you dont really need one.

got my car kinda back together, this was testing the angle with my
peak outers, and rack spacers.

thanks for the coil info, i am defanitly going with gr+ for my next set. lots of low and awesome ride quality.

I would say you pretty much nailed it with your 5 over fender reasons lol. i do think they look GREAT, but look how much money it will cost: overs, wheels, tires, power etc..

id say use that money for paint/body work and be cooler than BH's old car.....uhh is that actually possible?

a boy can only dream =P

i think when body work/paint happens i'm going to roll/pull rear fenders to achieve -1 to -1.5 camber max in the rear on the offset i'm on currently.

the problem with many of the kits i like is that they look really good with overs and i haven't seen too many examples of clean metal-fendered cars with those kits. fatlace mark's car looks good on stock fenders + bn sports!
