Crank, no start problem

Hey guys i have a crank no start issue. Im running a ka-t, built bottom end and rebuilt stock head. Stuff ive checked:

Fuel
Spark
Timing
Compression
Grounds and connectors

Also my motor was running when i dropped it in this problem started a few weeks ago. Any advice on other things i can test would help a lot. Thanks

Double check timing. Pop the valve cover and set the mechanical timing.
