I've done the flip bracket thing.

I'm 5' 11" and have to prop myself up in the seat a little whenever I needa negotiate trailers or driveways. It definately affects visibility, my shoulder is now well below the top of the door & I can no longer see my pop ups over the top of my KP hood.

So wouldn't recommend it for anyone shorter than me.

As Soap said however, it's super comfy for cruising around, and even spirited driving and track days, driving position feels really good.

Yeah, I'm 6'3", so I might have to look into that whenever I get a bucket seat lol. Do you guys think it would work well with a Zeta III type L? That's what I was thinking of. I love Zeta IIs but I doubt I would be able to fit in one comfortably.

I guess I could lol. But I've heard they're a tight fit, even for people who are fairly small.

The next time I find a Bride Zero for sale my build will be complete.

I doubt you'll ever see one for sale on Zilvia, but every once in a while they pop up on Yahoo Japan auctions. That's rare too though, but it's your best bet. Maybe you could ask the guys at GTR Garage if they can find one. I've heard they're extremely helpful in finding parts from Japan.

Except you're still basically competing with Zilvia even then.

The last 3 maxis/zeros were bid on by Streeter. I know 2 of them were us bound

I'm 5' 11" and weigh 88kg which is 195 or so pounds.

I fit in pretty snug, but absolutely no discomfort. I'd say if you were much over 210lb then you're gunna be less than comfy.

bride fg rail king of dope.
I'm running Bride Vios III on FG rail in my 180SX - I don't feel that low, am I doing something wrong? There's still a bit of space underneath my seat to the floor

I flipped my brackets on my Nagisa rails so that my seat is touching the floor. Doesn't slide anymore but it doesn't need to, nobody else is driving my shit.

zeros on fg was silly low because of how deep the zeros is. slider worked.

also brix on MO rail was really low also. slider worked.

bride on bride , should be the answer to all questions. dunno why it's not working out for you. i dunno, never owned a 180sx or a bride vios III. maybe it's a taller seat than the zeros

Bride fg rails and bride zeta 3 XL and it's like I don't have a sunroof! So much headroom! I'm 6'1 by the way. With stock seats I had to recline for head room if not my head was literally touching the roof (s14 with sunroof)
