Ive seen a few good shells 89/90 in Canada for CHEAP. I dont know if US residents can legally bring over shells. I wouldnt want them to brand the title "rebuilt or reconstructed"

Don't import a shell for the sake of building a street legal vehicle unless it's 25 years old. That'd be a violation of the kit car laws. If it is 25 years old, make sure the VIN/chassis plate is intact and all the chassis identifications are there. Also, there's no branding a title on a car that's never had a US title in the first place. You'd be starting fresh.
