Things have been slow with the build works been crazy. But we did get the trunk painted. I ordered a new steering wheel since the old one was to big i also got a couple hooks to mount on the cage one for my helmet and one for the steering wheel.

Got my wingless trunk mounted so I can get my gt wing mocked up and the holes drilled before we send the car out for paint

Interior's looking pretty good.

Made a list of everything I have left and tapped it to the car so I can keep track of what's left

Decided to be an adult and sold my z shell so I can pay off some debt so I can save for a new tow vehicle but I made a decent profit so I can't complain

Alright so I took my car to my buddy stephen aka oneleg (on most fourms) over at mafia garage to get my exhaust built. I'm extremely pleased on how it came out . Its 3in round to 3 in oval back to 3in round at the axleback to dual 3in blastpipes

Also picked up some vordoeven wheels on sale for black friday and they finally came in.

My asd handbrake also showed up right before the car went to get the exhaust built so I did some mock up to find the most comfortable position and so far im liking this spot just gotta remove the factory handbrake to see if I want it closer or not.

Realistically im only shooting for 450-475whp till I get used to the brand new chassis and power plant. Once i get used to it and get a backup motor ill turn it up to 550+whp

Thanks I should be posting an update later after I get all the pics uploaded to photobucket we got quite a bit done while I was home for Christmas . and yeah I agree but I don't hate the way the xxrs look .there great wheels for drifting cheap enough if u break one you don't have to stress replacing them. wide enough to run a 265 and not poke like crazy.

so I got the car back on Wednesday from Stephen but he had a little accident while bringing the car back. the hood tiedown broke and the hood caught air and slammed back into the roof luckily my new windshield wasn't in it yet. so I made him sweat it out a little before telling him not to worry about the hood cause I plan on ordering a dmax hood after the new year.

we started doing putting the fuel system together and released we needed to space the bosch 044 and fuelfilter up about a 1/2 an inch to make clearance for the an fittings luckily we had this piece of of 1/2 inch piece of c channel laying around so we trimmed it down drilled the holes and painted it black to match the rest of the trunk.

here's the rest of the fuel system all finished up

finally got a windshield installed after taking the old one out over a year ago to get the cage done

we tried to start the car with the base map on the ecu but no luck the injectors aren't getting signal. so ill be getting my wiring guy to get me a pin layout of what he did and getting in touch with the tuner a d3 performance to build a new map with the car there in person to hopefully get the car running this time. but first I gotta take the car to silhouette garage to get the coldside pipe welded and might aswell get front and rear bash bars while it's there

organized a few of the wheels in my garage till I get tires to either put them on my car or in my storage with the rest of my wheels

So huge updated the car finally runs.

So I finally got everything finished and got the car tuned

Here's the dyno sheet they printed it in sae mode instead of standard mode like most places. In standard mode it made 454hp and 430tq at 24psi. Which is perfect cause my goal was 450-475whp.

I also picked up some aero on the cheap. It's gonna look so good with my carbon gt wing.

Here's some mock up pics

Well got a few goodies in this week to get it closer to being done.

First in was my fan shroud and electric fans.

Then the purple tial 44mm wastegate to match my tial bov showed up.

Then finally My New Garrett gtx3076r showed up today.

still waiting on the exhaust housing , some suspension bushings. To come in next week then we're gonna get busy on the suspension build and if we have time left before rd.1 in march were gonna try to get the turbo and wastegate swapped but right now the important part that were focusing on is suspension.

Got the new ps cooler in since the other one was to big to mount on the cat with the bash bar so I gave it to my dad for his s10 drag truck for a Trans cooler.

Got the bushing kit finally

The exhaust housing showed up. So now we can put the turbo together and get it swapped after rd.1

Also got the bash bar painted

So we started playing mounting locations for the ps cooler

Then we decided to mount it under the ic that way it's still behind the bashbar for protection.

we used some scrap intercooler mounting brackets to bend and mount the cooler

Got the turbo assembled now I just gotta order an line and fittings to plumb the coolant lines for it and get a new t4 gasket

Also got the new fan installed and wired up there's so much room Now the clutch fan is gone.
