i think i use 10w-30, but im positive somebody knows the best to use, btw i live in va so its pretty cold, and i drive really  hard 99 percent of the time(planning on changing my habits..lol)

Castrol 10w30 or 10w40.  Unless it specifically says otherwise on your oil filler cap.

iv experamented with oil and i think that 10w30 nonsynthetic

unless you live in alaska, 10w30.
