if they come in 4 or 5 and you already have 4 its not worh it to go up to 5. most people do it for wheel choices not because of just looks but a lot of better bigger manufacturers make more designs and styles in 5 than 4.
Also more automakers make 5 standard on more cars. So there are also other OEM wheels as an option.

Also most people upgrade there brakes as well as going five lug. You can use the rotors and drill them four lug but the reason for switching is better wheel choice. Im 4 lug but found a decent set a wheel in my works xd9.
