Window Regulator Pulley Fix

Hey All,

So S13's window regulator pulleys are all nylon plastic, which kid of sux.
As you can see its broken in the upper left hand corner. Usually there is a pulley with a pin through it.

To Fix - Dremel through the back side of the rivet and pull out the entire pulley
Its roughly a 1/4" hole.

Get Part Number 9466T54 - Pulley for Wire Rope
Ball Bearing, 3/64" Rope Diameter, 35 lb., 1/4" Shaft Diameter, Nylon

1 - 1/4" round bolt with machined head because you need to be low profile
1 - 1/4" jam nut case you also need low profile
2 - 1/4" round lock washer.
(you don't need the washer in the picture....)

Bolt through the cable side of the pulley, then behind the pull and the regulator plate, put a lock washer to offset it, then on the other side put lock washer and jam nut with locktite
