in scca they have events that cost you $25-35 for 3 runs...

what i mean by practice events is autocross events where you can practice the whole day...
for a flat fee... like the drift events that last the whole day.

yeah i know that. im a member. those events are competitions, and 30 bucks....isnt really all that bad (and im a broke collegestudent)

theres no such thing as a "autocross all day practice event." if your looking for seat time, try a nasa track event. or private event holders like www.unlimitedlaps.com.

aw WTH... i just type a long response and wanted to underline sumthing and the quick reply window went blank!!

So in summary, YES THERE IS all day AutoX events. They call them school events, happen 1 or 2 time per yr, fill up fast, hard to get in unless u email them and keep watchin the sched. $75/~20min seat time driving = $3.75/min
*lastime i saw a skool event, they were taking applications cuz they wanted ppl who are aspiring Nationals competitors to get more SFR drivers at Nationals.

The best seat time value, no doubt, is a track day. No line for grid, no setting up new cone courses, etc. Did you go to NCDA Grip N Slip at Thunderhill? That was like 45-60min for $130 = $2.88/min. Lil better, and u get to drive on a track, and its more seat time.

Heh, I instruct for unlimited laps.

There is all day autocross. Its the Evolution Autocross School. I think its like $175 all day with instructors on multiple autocross corses. I have no idea where you can get information and sign up though.
