ok, its like springtime and well i want to upgrade teh car like now instead of later, i got this pretty neat deal in the mail for a NEW CREDIT CARD.. 0% interest for 6 months.. and 9.9 after that.. so i was thinking i would charge up about a grand.. divide that by 6 months.. no problem getting it paid off by the end.. no finance charges and i get a short term loan.. but.. should i get some eibach sportlines, kyb grs's and some sways, and strut bars.. or shoul di get dome new rims and tires, or should i try and pull off a body kit.. pry bomex bumper.. some stock sides skirts.. and not sure on rear yet any suggestions.. anyway.. which way would u guys go?  i live in iowa, so i really dont have TOO much competition sorry this is so long.. but i actually value or guys opinions, and you havent let me down yet.. i really appreciate it

Id invest in the suspension. Some nice new cusco strut bars, and then if you can somehow afford it some Tien coilovers? Just my thoughts.

I think so too. The performance upgrades you can do for a thousand would give around 35 extra hp. I don't think it's a lot. Better save up and do a sr swap or go turbo. Body kits... i think that putting a bk on a stock car performance wise is kinda ricey... my opinion though

I say keep it stock looking until you have the balls (SR) to back up the aftermarket looks (body kit).  Of course you could always do the Silvia 3 projector front end conversion.  That looks sweet...but not ricey.  You could add the chin spoiler later when you decided to add side skirts and rear underbumper.  I'd say get some KYB's, Sportlines, Cusco stabilizers....and  Apexi N1 dual with the rest.  Or, you could spend a little on getting the interior redone.  Get the seats recovered, and new carpet installed.  Just a thought.

The suspension would be the first thing I would start off with.  But a body kit might be cheaper, until you get the paint job which might add up.

our cars are already beutiful w/o a kit so wait on that and go for performance. &nbsp;form should follow function. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'>

i say suspension, that will make your car look better. Then after a while get some power (SR, CA, KA-T). Then get a body kit if you want

you should get the stock skirts and bumper lip and then lower it. that gives it a nice clean look without any rice grains.

i'd agree, &nbsp;out of your choices, i'd get the stock skits, then suspension upgrades...

if ya do springs dont u have to do the struts? &nbsp; What about bushings? Shocks? &nbsp;(i dont know anything about suspension)

suspension... unless you want a car with a bodykit, stock wheels, stock ride height, etc.....

a lowered/ stiff 240sx looks nicer/ cleaner anyways, so you get the best of both

ahh, rule of thumb, neither suspension nor body kits (body kits should always come last, since it's absoultly unnesseary), before you do anything to your car, breaks should be done well, i mean... wouldn't it suck to have suspensino and body kits yet on a cruvy road, your rotor warms up, and your breaks stop working? &nbsp;(trust me, it sucks, ask me how i know)

so, to save your investment, i suggest breaks first

have you had your break today?? or have you cooked your brakes today.....(just messen with your spelling)

brake fade is pretty bad when you've got steelies... but once you get larger rims or more open rims.... brake fade is a LOT less noticeable. &nbsp;maybe wheels and tires... and he'll have handling AND brake cooling.
