CA Testing waters: 1995 240sx se (rolling shell)

debating on letting this go since I don't have to time to finish this project, I would like to use funds from this to focus on finishing my S13.
car was purchased from Jon (CrimsonRockett) an old friend and forum moderator and the car
is as follows:

1995 240sx SE 5 speed in Ultra red (AJ4) - 162K miles on chassis - Clean Title no accidents (I have the carfax on hand if needed)

car was last registered in New Mexico but has all bill of sales to be registered in CA with a vin verification which can be easily done at any AAA
office or DMV.

car is optioned with a power sunroof, windows and ABS + VLSD

Car is a Perfect base for someone who wants a build a track/drift car or start a restoration project as I was going to do

its hard to put a price on this thing but I would like to see it go to a good
home
