Wont preloading make the car more bouncy? I had Ksports on my Old 6thgen Preload was how the coils came from the warehouse and my car rode like a dream.

Mine don't ride badly at all. They're firm but they're not bouncy in my opinion.

I hammered out my fenderwells, lowered another 3/4 of an inch in the rear. No more rubbing! Well it rubs when I have a full tank and another person in the car...also tucks rim in the rear with a full tank and another person in the car. I'll post pics when I get some good ones

What kind of coilovers/springs?

In most cases excessive preload will raise the spring rate on the springs but it gets really unpredictable. Obviously this doesn't apply to swifts or hypercos, so please disregard if you're on either springs. But usually it seems as though having a few turns of preload is ideal for ride quality.

AMR Engineering coilovers with 14k/12k Hypercoil springs.

I also have custom shortened shock bodies up front so I don't have to droop the springs like I did before. Can't complain about a lifetime warranty.
