Ive had nothing but good things to say about there customer service, (cant say anything yet about product) but i recently bought there front mount kit for my s14 with sr20 redtop, and i did not notice it because i bought from there ebay store, that i could have gotten black couplings instead of blue, called them up spoke to a lady, she said not a problem send them back, and we will replace them with black ones. Also spoke to one of there techs for fitment questions on the core, he told me everything i needed to know about the brackets, three days later i had my black couplings on my door step.

Mostly depends who you talk too, and how you talk to them.
