I am about to start my rebuild. I had one quick question for the guys who did a complete rebuild.

Did you use new brake fluid to coat the new seals during installation? Simple grease? Or nothing?

Normally i use the grease that comes with the seals, but last time i did that my shit started leaking everywhere while bleeding them. i pulled everything apart got new seals again and then reassembled just using brake fluid. no issues whatsoever this time around.

Here are my Z32 Front calipers that I got powder coated at Snail motorsports in Las Vegas, NV. I had them powder coated in candy red to match my SR valve cover. It was the closest red we could get to the original S13 SR Valve cover color.

Some different shots and angles of them to try to get the color.
Pictures don't do them justice they really pop in the sunlight.

The front setup that's going into my S12.

Cast Iron Grey. I wanted a simple, flat color that will offset any color wheel.

Well got my calipers painted!!! Taped off the lettering on the front calipers but the lettering was too damn small for me to tape em off on the rears. Think Im going to just use a sanding block to remove the paint from the lettering on the rears. Might hit the fronts with the block too just so they are all matched. Still need to finish assembling them with all the new seals and such. Let me know what you guys think and if you know of a better way to remove the paint from the lettering.

Powder coated gold and painted letters

They've been reassembled and on my car for months now. If you know what you're doing and take your time, splitting the halves isn't a big deal. Besides, every powdercoater i got estimates from required them to be fully disassembled anyway.
