S14 Broken passenger door switch trim retainer

Hi

Im looking to get some ideas on how to fasten the passenger door switch console/trim. The plastic hole has a busted plastic clip (seen in pics) and is loose when grabbing it when Im in the act of sitting inside.

Ive seen many people selling these with the busted clips so it seems common but Im not exactly sure on how people prevent them from moving around.

Offer me some ideas

BTW how do I upload oversized images? Theres gotta be an easier way other than trimming in MS paint

Go to the dealership and get a new one. They're like $22 each.

put a big washer with a self tapper or drywall screw down through it, but other than that just buy a new one
