The seal is available separately, the fiberglass trim is not, it's part of the glass assembly and bonded to it. Find a junker to pilfer the glass from.

I dont think u can rip it off a junker without damaging it u might need the whole glass if that is the case i m pretty sure u can get it from the dealer cause I also need one. I think they sell for 100 i know on courtesy nissan there cheaper like 82 or so last time i checked.

I meant the entire glass, not the seal sparky.

The seal can be easily bought and replaced new.

We know this. And if you had read my post you'd see it's not available or removable separately. So suggesting you could remove one off a wrecked car was completely pointless, so was complaining that you couldn't do it. Yet you still found the time to waste bandwidth anyway.

No, it's people like you, actually. Russ's answer is still correct, IT'S FUCKING BONDED TO THE GLASS. Ordering it won't really help you, because you'd have to remove the current busted up piece from your glass.

Russ, thanks for comin on today Don't let this jerk-off get you down.

IT'S FUCKING BONDED TO THE GLASS. If its so hard to peel off why would it fly off in 70mph sppeds huh answer that. I pulled off the fiberglass parts with my hand no tools required if u wanted u could of use a screwdriver. Shit like this makes me want to go out of my way and create a diy on this then all u would need is an adhesive to stick it back or go to a dealer and let them do it if ur that worried. PS im not trying to be a asshole but i know its fairly easy to change

How would one go about pilfering the glass from a junker? Mine also has damaged fiberglass, and almost no seal.

I wonder if this is the same piece that some other person on here is trying to 're-manufacture' with a better material.

Just to clarify there is a thread called s14 trim on going problems already talking about thus problem. Finding a frp trim that isn't already separating or cracking is next to impossible at this point. And if you do find one people are going to want a small fortune for it.
Street Sleeper is trying to get some 3d printed trim pieces made for all of us sunroof guys. It's looking pretty promising and should have a tangible piece for us around this summer hopefully. Check out the thread. Need all the support we can get to make this possible.

You'll get the support if the price is right.
